Adding/Removing a user

Hello all,
I am new to vxWorks. I need to add a new user to the operating system, I only have access to the Comandline Interface.

Can some tell me how I can achieve this?

I tried

->VIP_CreateDefaultUser ("user, password")
->adduser ("user, password"
...
``

Can somebody give me a hint.
